The whole process was easy from start to finish. Firstly they actually responded to the online quote request. the others didn't and only responded to a phone request. Secondly the whole thing was organised to suit us by Faith. Thirdly the actual uplift and transfer of our goods was very professional, and efficient. the whole experience was first class - and they were very reasonably priced too. Value for money and outstanding service.

Moving house is one of life's most stressful happenings. Had my household items recently shipped from Brisbane to Cairns without any hassel. Because of my busy work schedule in Cairns, I didn't have to be present at my storage unit in Brisbane to help with vacating the unit. All items and furniture were wrapped in protective plastic, loaded up and shipped on time. Everything arrived on time and still in perfect condition. Great value for money and would definitely recommend this local company. Moved from Cairns to Normanton. Staff were super helpful and understanding. It was my first move and they made it easy. It was the most affordable and professional that I could find at the time of my move. Everything arrived undamaged and on time. Recommend to everyone!

I moved from Cairns to Brisbane and ended up being the customer from hell with an indefinite storage timeline and several attempts at short notice moves. The team were always willing to work with me, despite the challenges and constantly changing plans. My goods were in storage for over six months and it has been returned to me in excellent condition. I purchased a large, very heavy table in Cairns. The thought of shipping it to the Gold Coast concerned me. I need not have worried as the service provided by GNR was terrific. Very professional administration and the table arrived on schedule in and incredible packing container/box. The delivery boys then took the container apart and assembled the unit for me. Highly recommended.I have moved many times in my life , and usually bigger jobs than this , so I have experienced the best and worst.The 3 guys seemed to work seamlessly together and the 2 young guys who brought everything to the room were obliging, polite and still had a sense of humour at the end of the job.There were no complaints and they were attentive to my need to get each box put in the right room in a tidy fashion first go.Our apartment is inside a resort we manage and I would be surprised if any guest even knew such a big task was going on around them as the guys were quiet and focused.The office was extremely accommodating when we kept changing dates for pick up,. for packing, for delivery - for which we were so grateful.Great experience all around – much appreciatedread more

In the past 29 years I have lived in Cairns I have moved numerous times due to renovating properties, selling and building new homes. The first time I moved I was recommended to GNR Removals and I have never looked back. Having moved over 15 times I have met many of the people employed by GNR Removals.
