What a great experience we had with Great Northern Removals.The whole procedure from dropping off some boxes for my clothes with a hanger in it too.Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital .Adam and his assistant got into the job of packing with my family.Then they unpacked at the next address.The whole time being efficient and pleasant. Everything was great and I was happy with cost and efficiency. I would certainly recommend this company.

A team of 3 men arrived on time, for a fast pick up of my furniture. The stairs to the 2nd floor were no problem. Furniture arrived on time at new home after a week in storage. Don't hesitate to use this company.. They were wonderful! E.S.

Sorry, very slow to post, but used Greater Northern Removals at the start of the year and they were awesome. Kelly was super responsive and helpful on the phone in the lead up, everything happened exactly as discussed, had Trevor and Kaiki on the day who were very professional and efficient. Seamless and Easy! Worked with Chris to set up my move from Cairns to Brisbane. Very easy, professional and had competitive pricing to others in Cairns. Have to give a shoutout to Lino and Josh for making the uplift from Cairns seamless. Uplift day happend to be raining but the lads ensured my belongings were looked after and kept dry. Uplift was quick, easy and professional with minimal input from myself. Really good ethic from both and hope Lino enjoyed his steak night dinner!

These guys were awesome!!! I got let down badly by another company the morning of my supposed move date, and they guys were so accommodating, understanding and efficient. I had the Brazilian teams both on my uplift in Cairns and delivery on the Gold Coast. Both teams were friendly on arrival and throughout the process. They were kind and understanding and were happy to accommodate any of my requests. They were highly professional and all of my furniture etc arrived in the condition it left cairns in. This move was hard for me personally but Chess made it so much easier. I highly recommend Chess to do your removals.

Our experience was amazing. Staff were very professional. Very careful in handing out household contents including our cars. Even the Sales Rep Consultant Susan Rice was very friendly, helpful and even it was a last minute request, she made it happened without issues.
